Hi, we are Frank and Deb Ollinger, the owners of Rathbun RV Rentals. We are located 1/4 mile west of the Rathbun Army Corps of Engineers Office on Hwy J5T. We bought the business in 2000 and has grown every year. All of our campers are fully self-contained. If there is something extra you like to cook with or use, bring it, we have only the basics in our campers.

Every evening we check on our campers and refill the water and if needed dump the holding tank. As always we recommend that you use the shower houses at the campgrounds to conserve your water.

RULES

• One Night Deposit is required to reserve a camper
• Always call to check for availibilty first
• There is a 3 night minimum for Holidays and a 2 night miniumum for weekends
• Rentals are furnished with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, toasters, coffee pots, can openers, etc. Bring what you need to cook over the fire. Bring your own linens and towels.
• All units are Air Conditioned and have electric heaters for the cooler evenings
• Check out time is noon if RV is rented out the same day
• We place all RVs before 7:30am and after 4:30pm
• 20 gallons of water in each camper and refilled nightly

• Full refund on cancellations 14 days before set date
• Half refund on cancellations 7 days before set date
• No refund on cancellations less than 7 days before set date
