We at A to Z RV Rentals greatly appreciate the chance to
serve you and your family.
And in this service we supply you with the rental unit. It is the
responsibility of the
renter to supply all other items. Such as; Cooking and eating utensils,
food, etc.
Bathroom items, soap, shampoo, towels, etc. Linens and bedding, including
sheets,
blankets, pillows, etc. Please see the Checklist
for some additional ideas of things
that you might require or want to take with you for a safe and happy trip.
Rental Guidelines
General
We do prefer reservations when possible. We will,
however, serve walk-ins and last
minute calls when we are able and when we have the units available. Once
your
credit card information has been confirmed and a $150.00 deposit is
secured by
our company for your reservation, your price will be locked in. Deposit
will be
applied to your final bill. We will need to know the Rathbun area
campgrounds
where you will be staying at a couple of weeks prior to your vacation. The
unit
will be setup and ready for your arrival at the specified location and
time of
your reservation.

*Please note: There is a 60 day cancellation notice required for any
refund of
your reservation deposit. Cancellations less than 60 days will be refunded
only if unit can be rented again to a different party for the same time
period.
Please contact A to Z RV Rentals with any problems that
you have with our units,
including any repairs that they may require. This is very important, as
all repairs
must be authorized by a member of the A to Z RV Rentals staff.

Off Season ~ October 1st - April 30th (2 Day Minimum)
Due to the sensitive nature of our customers and their
children that have allergies,
we are unable to allow pets or smoking in any of our rentals.
Awnings are not included with our units. And we ask you
to agree to no installation thereof,
due to the high probability of damage to the units as well as the awning.
If you think shade
will be required at your destination, you might consider a picnic table
canopy that will not
be connected to the rental unit.
When leaving the unit, please make sure you have...
Cleaned out and wiped down the refrigerator .
Cleaned out and wiped down the oven and stove.
Swept the unit out.
Clean the bathroom area, including the bath tub and stool.
Please leave it for us as we have left it for you, clean,
or additional fees may be levied against your deposit.
Failure on your part to follow these simple guidelines listed herein and
any damage incurred by you
may be charged back to you as the contract signee. You Are Responsible!
